Primary Goals & Objectives

Qualico Communities is an excellent example of what can be accomplished with long-term partnerships. Qualico has been a client of g[squared] since 2003 and in that time, we’ve launched over 20 unique communities.

Work on a community can include a logo, taglines, key messaging guidelines, street-level signage and an array of marketing material. The team at g[squared] also gets involved with budgeting, as well as the critical job of media planning and buying.

After that, we begin to craft the final creative material for the advertising campaigns. Each community has its own unique selling features, character and attitude. Usually, multiple ads are prepared for radio, print, outdoor, direct mail and digital, including SEO. A common theme connects each ad, but ads are prepared individually for each medium according to its strengths.

As a marketing company, we’ve had to prove ourselves to be good listeners, collaborators and responders. We deliver on promises and anticipate needs before they are stated.
