When they hired g[squared], the ONEC Group consisted of three companies. They wanted to amalgamate into one strong brand to grow their market share, and that brand needed to reflect the company’s range of experience and expertise.
To help the group understand the challenges and opportunities of amalgamation, g[squared] developed a strategic marketing and communications plan for ONEC that included a situation analysis, assessment of target markets and SWOT appraisal.
With this foundation in place, g[squared] developed clearly articulated goals and objectives for ONEC, as well as a corporate vision and values, competitor analysis and elevator speech. We also helped ONEC evaluate its most important resource—its people—by performing a comprehensive employee survey and a study of the company’s internal communications systems.
