Primary goals & objectives

Nuna is Canada’s leading and largest Inuit-owned heavy civil construction, mining and remediation contractor—known for tackling the toughest projects with unmatched agility, integrity and precision.

With a unique history and compelling service offering—working out of some of the most remote regions in the world—Nuna tasked g[squared] with developing a brand identity that reflected their true scope and distinctive position in the marketplace.

The process

Working closely with the Nuna team, g[squared] engaged to deploy a redesigned brand identity system with a myriad of supporting materials—accurately capturing Nuna’s history, resilience, grit and boundless ingenuity. A new logo was devised: a folded map that represents Nuna’s unchartered work all across Canada. A new tagline was created—Building Beyond Boundaries—and all additional deliverables were crafted to support and reinforce this new and enriched identity.
