- There was very little brand recognition in the Calgary market.

g[squared] devised a strategic marketing plan that would best achieve Executrade’s goals and overcome their challenges. The plans key objectives were to:
- Develop a new tagline—Your recruitment specialists—that reflected who the company is.
- Create a new logo that is immediately recognizable, and a new website that is easier to find and navigate through.
Primary Results
The results from the implemented strategic marketing plan we provided were incredible, and included:
- Brand awareness increased so quickly, the company opened a third office in Vancouver.
- Calgary revenue increased by 41% in its first year, and an additional 21% in its second year.
