Entuitive is an engineering consulting firm that has experienced significant growth in a brief period. Founded in Toronto in 2011, it is now home to approximately 200 employees in offices across North America and the U.K.
Offering services in a variety of sectors and markets, Entuitive needed long-term strategies to support its marketing and business development activities. However, the firm’s rapid expansion had made it difficult for its in-house marketing team to move beyond tactics and focus on strategy. Entuitive’s leadership hired g[squared] to conduct an audit of its marketing and business development department.
Following extensive interviews with Entuitive staff, g[squared] delivered a report with recommended changes to maximize the effectiveness of marketing and business development activities. Entuitive implemented g[squared]’s recommendations, and then hired us to develop the firm’s marketing strategy.
