You live and breathe PPC campaign strategy and can make budget and audience optimizations in your sleep. You are familiar with most social marketing platforms including Meta, Twitter, SnapChat, Tiktok, Linkedin, YouTube, Google and more. You have an analytical mindset, and maintain a curiosity and passion for data to drive campaign improvements. You are comfortable managing a roster of ongoing client campaigns and you are creative, detail-oriented, and take initiative. You’re eager and not afraid to speak up about things you feel can be improved, but your specialty is driving results for businesses through paid search and social media advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage new paid search campaigns across a variety of platforms including paid search and social media and aid in the creation of paid digital marketing initiatives
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve paid search campaign performance
  • Perform ongoing campaign optimizations (e.g. review under-performing ads, ensure budgets are met, maintain quality scores, impression share, and other important metrics)
  • Keyword research and management to optimize target and negative keywords
  • Write engaging and concise ad copy to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
  • Stay on top of SEM and PPC industry trends
  • Communicate with team on project progress, timelines, and results
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Monitor, evaluate, and interpret the campaign performance by producing regular reports and key insights for clients

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Advanced experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Data Studio
  • Functional experience with all major social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Google Sheets and Docs
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Creative and curious mindset
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills with a research-based methodology
  • Collaborative approach and a team player
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Working knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization and digital marketing strategy are a bonus
